The Way to Enlightenment: When you took your first breath of air as an infant, you used your lower abdominal muscles to deep breathe (belly breathe) with, storing energy in your Tan-Tien (dan-dee-n) (living water well, Hara, Na’au, Tewa, Hypogastrium), located 1.3 inches below the navel. This natural form of deep breathing began to mix the original essence from your Kidneys with the energy from the air and food you absorbed from your mother, creating life force. You were born the son/daughter of God our Father from Heaven, a Spiritual being and from that moment on you began to constantly generate and store an abundance of life force in your Tan Tien (living water well, hara) by lower abdominal deep breathing 24 hours a day. The act of 24 hour lower abdominal (Holy Breath) breathing also increased the OHM vibration (Schumann Resonance) in your DNA which turned Matter into Spirit to purify you and gave you a strong Spiritual connection with God our Father. You were a happy Enlightened baby and as you got older, more and more life force energy (living water) was stored in your Tan-Tien (living water well). You had an abundance of life force energy (living water) stored in your Tan Tien in your youth. When you got older (6-14 years old) you reached a certain point when your 24 hour abdominal breathing (belly breathing) capabilities switched over to 16 hour or so a day shallow chest breathing. When this happened you began to lose 2/3’s of your Life Force supply to your Tan Tien and the Spirit of God our Father within began to weaken due to lack of life force inside your body. As you got older you got further and further away from having a connection with God our Father (also known as El Elyon/Catholic, Atman/Buddhism, Vishnu/Hindu) and you became the son /daughter of Man. You have to find your way back home to Father’s Kingdom by fulfilling Christ’s Spiritual tasks. The only way you generate enough life force, to have enough energy through out your day as the son/daughter of Man, is to lie down, when natural lower abdominal breathing takes place. The bad news is that lying down to sleep for 8 hours a night will not generate enough life force energy to keep your Tan-Tien fully charged of Life Force energy so you can have an abundance of energy to last through out your day for you to stay healthy as you age or live in Father’s Kingdom. All of the life force energy you had saved up in your Tan Tien as a child slowly becomes exhausted as you age to weaken the OHM vibration in your DNA and you will not be saved on Judgment day because you didn’t accomplish Jesus’ tasks and raise the OHM vibration in your DNA to reawaken your relationship with God our Father. This doesn’t have to happen to you because the Comforter is here to help you learn how to rebreathe like a child so you can become Enlightened.

*******Very Important Information: The Comforter has found out that the students that have had a hard time learning how to breathe like a child did not grasp the importance of remembering to repeat Tan-Tien 1, Tan-Tien 2, Tan-Tien 3, Tan-Tien 4, Tan-Tien 5 for as many times as they could through out their day. When their breathing got a little better they corrected their breathing when they noticed that they were chest breathing. Once they contacted the Comforter and the correction was made breathing like a child became natural.
